At Hindustan Unilever, we believe what’s good for India is good for HUL. Along with our partners UNDP India and Xynteo, with support from SBI Foundation, we’re committed to help accelerate India’s transition to a circular economy.

Over the last 5+ years, we have collaborated with 20+ waste management organizations, local communities, governments, and corporates to drive systemic change in waste management. Through on-ground testing, stakeholder consultations, and insights from experts, we’ve developed replicable solutions that address key challenges across the waste value chain.

This Toolkit is a tested blueprint for change that captures these proven models and actionable strategies, highlighting innovative initiatives that demonstrate the potential for scale and impact. Designed to inspire action, it calls on mission-aligned corporates, governments, foundations, NGOs, and citizens to join the mission to accelerate circularity in India.
